Short and to the point: what data ivansafronov.site collects, why, how long it is kept and how to have it deleted.

Who processes the data

This site is run by Ivan Safronov, an individual working as a web developer. For anything concerning your data, write to safronovvan@gmail.com.

Data you send yourself

Through the contact form: your name, plus one or more ways to reach you that you choose — email, Telegram, WhatsApp — and a message if you write one.

Through the landing page generator: keywords and notes about the page you want, and optionally a phone number, email, WhatsApp number or Telegram bot details and an analytics snippet. These are used to place them into the page being built and end up in its files.

Only the name in the contact form and the keywords in the generator are required. Everything else is yours to give or withhold.

Data collected automatically

— IP address: used to count the limit on generations and the rate of form submissions. Without it the service would need accounts.

— Visit data: pages, navigation, device, referring source. Collected by the analytics tools listed below.

— Session recording (Yandex Webvisor): mouse movement, scrolling, clicks and typing into form fields. Used to see where people get stuck on the form.

Why it is needed

— To answer your enquiry and discuss the work.

— To build the landing page you asked for and put your contact details into it.

— To limit load and filter out automated requests.

— To understand how the site is used and how the advertising performs.

How long it is kept

— Enquiries arrive in Telegram and stay there until I delete them. Ask me and I will.

— The landing page you created, along with any contact details you put into it, is stored on the server for 7 days and then deleted automatically together with the archive and the link.

— Keywords, notes and contact details are wiped from the task queue as soon as the page is built.

— The IP address remains in the request log used to count the limits.

— Retention inside the analytics tools is set by those tools; their policies are linked below.

Who the data is shared with

— The hosting provider whose servers run this site.

— Telegram (Telegram FZ-LLC) — where enquiries are delivered.

— Yandex Metrica (Yandex LLC) — visit statistics and session recording. Policy: yandex.com/legal/confidential.

— Google Ads (Google LLC) — advertising performance. Policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

— A text generation service and the Pexels photo stock — they receive the keywords and notes you typed into the generator form. Your contact details are not sent to them: those are inserted into the finished page on my own server.

Data is never sold and is not shared with anyone else.

Cookies

— Technical: a short token that lets you return to your landing page after closing the tab. It lives for 7 days.

— Yandex Metrica and Google Ads cookies: recognise returning visits and connect an enquiry to the advertisement it came from.

You can block cookies in your browser settings. The site will keep working, but you will need the direct link to reopen a generated page.

What you can ask for

To know what data of yours I hold; to correct it; to delete it; to withdraw your consent. An email to safronovvan@gmail.com is enough — I will reply and do it.

Analytics collection can also be switched off with a blocker extension or in your browser settings.

Demonstration pages

The catalogue section contains example landing pages. The forms on them are part of the demonstration and not a way to reach me; the phone numbers, addresses and company names on those pages are invented.

Changes

If what is collected changes, this page changes with it — the date at the top says when.
